John Russel’s Myeloma Cancer Journey at Immunity Therapy Center in Tijuana, Mexico

My name is John Russell, and my journey with Immunity Therapy Center (ITC) in Tijuana, Mexico, has been nothing short of transformative. This is my third follow-up visit, a short four-day tune-up to maintain my body’s health. My story began in May 2017, and through the ups and downs, ITC has been a beacon of hope and healing.

In May 2017, I arrived at ITC in a desperate state. My battle with multiple myeloma had left me depleted and weak. The initial stay was a full six weeks, from May to June, and it was during this time that my life began to change. Despite being declared cancer-free, I stayed the full six weeks to ensure I received all the beneficial therapies ITC had to offer.

The Recovery:

Returning home after my initial treatment, I focused on recovery. I adhered to a strict diet, continued taking my supplements, and engaged in extensive meditation and spiritual work. This holistic approach, integrating psychological, emotional, and spiritual healing, was something I learned and embraced during my time at ITC. It was essential for my overall recovery and well-being.

The Follow-Up:

My first follow-up visit was in November 2017, where I stayed for 12 days. At that point, I was still in recovery, having just had my JP drain bag removed after six long months. I was weak, but the therapies I received during this visit were crucial in taking me to the next level of healing.

Ongoing Maintenance:

Fast forward to today, my third follow-up visit. The transformation is evident, both physically and mentally. I am stronger, healthier, and more vibrant. During this visit, Dr. Bautista provided me with an intensive four-day therapy protocol, designed to give my body an extra boost. My blood work came back perfect, with no signs of cancer recurrence. Dr. Bautista advised me to return every six months for continued maintenance, and I plan to follow this advice for the rest of my life.

Living a Healthy Lifestyle:

At home, I maintain a healthy lifestyle by keeping a positive mindset and a happy heart. As a musician, playing music is a great creative outlet that brings me joy and helps keep my body healthy. Additionally, as an herbalist and practitioner of Arctic therapy, helping others has been a significant part of my healing process. It’s not just about physical health but also about emotional and psychological well-being.
